Looking for someone to move into my flat!🫶🏼

Helloooo !! Looking for someone to move into my flat as my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat is fully furnished and located between northern quarter / Ancoats. We have one car park space included with the flat, but also have the option of renting a second space if you drive/ needed the space (we currently split the price of the second space as we both drive).

I’m 28 and a teacher, so I’m out for majority of the day Monday-Fri in term time. Really hoping to find someone who I get on with to move in!! I love pilates and have recently got into running tooo. I’m very social and love going out for a drink, as well as a chilled night in. I really value a clean and tidy space, and like to make the flat feel homely. Would be gorg to find someone of a similar nature/ who would like to build up a bit of a friendship :))

Since there’s only 5-6 months left on the contract I’d quite like to stay here for that time, and then potentially renew again in September or move at that point (just thinking ahead). You would be taking over my current flatmates contract from your move in date-September.

Rent is £650 a month, and bills are usually around £200 per month.
