Quiet KCL Postgrad seeking room (mid-Sept)

Hi! I’m Dimitrios, an incoming postgraduate researcher (MMus Music) at King's College London, relocating from Greece this September.

I’m looking for a long-term (12-month) room in a shared flat or house, with a budget of £700 - £850 pcm. Ideally, I am looking for an easy commute to the KCL Strand campus.

What I’m like as a flatmate:
I am a quiet, incredibly clean, and highly focused student. Because my degree is research-heavy, I spend a lot of my time studying, reading, or at the university archives. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and treat shared spaces with absolute respect. I’d love to live with friendly people who enjoy a chat in the kitchen, but I am definitely not looking for a loud party house!

The practical details:
• Move-in Date: Around September 14th (my course starts September 28th).
• Finances: My rent is 100% secured through savings and an approved student loan.
• Guarantor: I can provide a guarantor to easily support my tenancy application.
• Viewings: Because I am currently in Greece preparing for my move, I can only do virtual/video viewings via WhatsApp or Zoom at the moment. However, I am fully prepared and ready to secure the right room remotely.
