Professional NHS Exec seeking nice room/studio

Hi,

I am a senior NHS CEO relocating to London for a new role based in Islington, and I am looking for either a well maintained room in a professional house share or a self-contained studio.

This would be for an initial period of approximately 3–6 months (potentially up to 9 months) while I secure a longer term family home.

What I’m looking for

Clean, well maintained property with good natural light
Access to a communal living space (for house shares)
Reliable transport links
Flexible on furnished/unfurnished

Preferred locations

North London – ideally Crouch End, Muswell Hill or Hornsey, with good access into Islington. Or Islington itself.

A little about me

I am a calm, respectful and responsible professional. I have a demanding full time role, so I value a home that is clean, well organised, friendly and relaxed. I am sociable and easy to get along with. I will happily have a chilled evening chatting in or at a local bar, while also very mindful of personal space and routines.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active, eating out occasionally, theatre and live music, and making the most of what London has to offer. I am not working from home full-time, so the property will be well looked after and not under constant daytime use. I will also spend some weekends away visiting family.

I am ideally looking to move in the last week of May, but I would be happy to secure the right place earlier if needed.
