Tidy, Eccentric, and Reserved Flatmate

I am moving to the area to start a 1-year programme in early September 2026.
I am generally reserved, but happy to communicate and contribute to the wellbeing of the household.
Potential flatmates can expect me to be out the house often whether it's for class, biking around, or finding a gig to get to :)
I would prefer a furnished room in a shared house with a washing machine, bills included, and a minimum 9-month lease.
