Hi, my name is Kadeen (everyone calls me Kay) I am a working professional, looking to relocate around July.

I’ll be starting a new hybrid role, working from home around 3–4 days a week, so I’m ideally looking for a modern apartment with access to a study/workspace within the building (not essential, but a big plus!).

I love having a safe, relaxing & private place to come home to. I enjoy catching up with friends or unwinding over a cup of tea. I am a big foodie but I am extremely fussy at the same time haha.

I’d describe myself as a minimalist, I like my space clean, organised and clutter-free. I’m very tidy, respectful and mindful of shared areas, and I’d love to live with someone who has a similar mindset.

I’m easygoing and friendly, and while I respect personal space, I’d also love a flatmate I can build a genuine friendship with whether that’s the occasional chat, movie night or take in.

I do have a boyfriend who may visit from time to time, but he’s equally respectful, clean and considerate of shared space.
