Room wanted or buddy up for a cozy place!

I’m Govind, from Canada and recently relocated to London. I work in food manufacturing operations at a senior level outside of work I’m at a hi-fi bar or a gig, at the market Saturday morning, or keeping something alive on a windowsill(don’t ask me how many fig trees I’ve parted ways with).

I’m sociable and extroverted but I know how to exist quietly in a shared space. I keep things clean without being precious about it, and I’ll be the one who finds a good lamp at a car boot sale and makes the living room actually feel like somewhere people live.

Early riser by necessity: 5:30am starts so weekday evenings are quiet. Weekends I’m out.

Non-smoker. No pets. Always pays on time.

What I’m looking for
A room in a flat where people actually care about the shared space. Plants a bonus. Good music taste a bonus. Someone who says hi in the kitchen rather than disappearing behind a closed door: essential.

Budget up to £1,300/month. Looking to move within the next 2–6 weeks. Happy to grab a coffee near the park before committing to anything.
