I am a reliable professional working full-time at the Port (Royal Portbury) with a very busy schedule, typically working up to 240 hours per month. I am looking for a small house or flat for a long-term stay (12+ months) for 1-2 people.
What I offer as a tenant:

Stability: Long-term commitment and a very quiet lifestyle due to my work schedule.

What I am looking for:
Location: Any quiet area within a 10-mile radius of Royal Portbury Dock. I particularly prefer rural or semi-rural locations (villages or quiet outskirts) for a peaceful environment.
Condition: Looking for a fair price. I don't mind if the property needs some "TLC" (cleaning, painting, or minor fixing) as I can do this myself.
Type: 1-bedroom flat, annex, or a small house.
