Hello, my name is Owen Christopher Mandley, and I am a full-time Medical Sciences student at the University of Edinburgh currently looking for a 1-bedroom property to rent.

I am a quiet, responsible, and tidy tenant who will be living alone. I do not smoke, and I have no pets. I am seeking a long-term tenancy (minimum 18 months) and am flexible with move-in dates.
