Young Professionals looking for flat

Hi, we are Joel and Luca, 23 and 23, and we have recently moved to London to start jobs in the city. Looking for a stand alone flat in Putney, Fulham, Clapham, Wandsworth, Wimbledon or Balham and surroundings. We graduated in 2024 with masters degrees in Physics with Computing and Law from Bristol and Oxford respectively. I am currently sponsored on a 4-year PhD in quantum algorithm research with Phasecraft, while Luca is working as a Paralegal in Denton’s. We are looking for 2 double rooms, ideally not a shared house, somewhere with easy access to the city and a good local pub scene, fitness spaces and amenities etc. for young people to enjoy. Hobbies include cooking, rugby, reading, working out and snooker.
