- Quiet, respectful, and keep to myself after long shifts
- Non-smoker
- Considerate and mindful of cleanliness, especially in shared spaces
- Reliable with rent and bills
- Can provide references if required

I value a peaceful and respectful home environment and am easy to live with.

It would be just me renting, though my partner may visit occasionally.
