Hi, I’m a 33-year-old professional working full-time, currently looking for a well-kept place to call home. I’m ready to move in immediately and ideally looking for somewhere I can stay longer-term.

I have a busy work schedule which often takes me away from London during the week, so I’m not around all the time — meaning I’m a pretty low-impact housemate when it comes to noise, utilities, and general wear and tear.

Outside of work, I’m active and sociable. I enjoy playing and watching cricket, singing in a choir, and swimming regularly. I’m equally happy socialising over a drink or keeping things low-key and relaxed at home.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking to live with like-minded people who are easy-going and considerate.
