Full time professional seeking calm house share

Hi, I’m Andy! A full-time working professional currently based in Norfolk, looking for a comfortable and well-kept house share.

I work Monday to Friday in a community-based role, so I keep a consistent routine and really value a calm, respectful home environment. I’m clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces, and generally easy to live with. Not a party person, but still friendly and approachable.

I also have my own transport (EV car) so I’m fully independent with commuting and day-to-day travel.

I’m ideally looking for something medium to long-term (12–18 months) as I’m settled locally with work, so you’d have someone reliable who isn’t planning to move on quickly.

• Clean, organised, and respectful of others’ space
• Enjoy downtime, getting out and about, good food and the football as well as keeping a good routine
• Happy to socialise but also value personal space

• A clean, well-maintained property
• Friendly, respectful housemates
• Ideally a double room, furnished or unfurnished
• Parking would be essential
