Seeking a peaceful, nature-connected home 🏡

Hi, I'm Lina (40), I'm looking for a calm and quiet home from 1st May 2026.

Ideally long-term (but I’m open to something short-term too).

I’m mainly looking in South Hams or Teignbridge, ideally within 30–45 minutes of Totnes.

I’m happy to live somewhere rural. I have my own car, so access isn’t a problem.

In terms of the space, I’m ideally looking for something self-contained, like a studio, annex, one-bedroom flat or small house.

I’d also consider a house share if it’s the right fit.

I’d prefer unfurnished, as I have my own furniture.

No carpet, due to allergies.

Being close to nature or having access to a garden would be a big plus.

My budget is around £500-600 per month, with some flexibility depending on bills.

Deposit is not a problem.

I'm Lina (40), and I've been living and working in Devon for the past 5 years.

I'm a business owner and healthcare professional and work in a variety of creative and supportive roles.

I’m currently in recovery and will be spending a lot of time resting, so I’m looking for a very quiet and calm environment where I can focus on that.

I’m very tidy, well organised, and respectful of house rules. I take good care of the space I live in and I am considered of others.

I enjoy playing music, writing (including journalling), meditation, yoga, and qi gong.

I love cooking and often make my own bread, chocolates, and cakes. I also love nature, plants, animals, and being outdoors.

I’m interested in health and wellbeing, spirituality, psychology, philosophy, and related fields.

I don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs, and I live a healthy, conscious, plant-based lifestyle.
