Child friendly flat annex or houseshare

I'm a 34 year old father of one who shares custody of a seven year old boy 50/50 with his mother.

I've been living in East finchley for years, and would like to stay in the area in order to ensure I can continue to take an active role in my son's life (taking him to and from school, homework, bedtime, the general stuff of life etc). My flatmate is moving out rather unexpectedly and there isn't much hope of covering the bills at my current place on my own.

Looking for a studio, an annex, or a houseshare that doesn't have an issue with me having a child.
