Looking for a Single Room

Hey everyone, my name is Ismail and I am 27, currently living in East London, but looking to move into a new place mid April.

I'm looking for a room for myself. My maximum budget is £600 a month, bills included, and I have no preference on living with boys or girls. I would ideally like to stay somwhere near (any) underground station, but open to other areas if the opportunity is right.

A bit about me - I’m a super clean and tidy individual that likes to look after my home, my bedroom is immaculate and I keep on top of cleaning. I’m not super social, my job is quite people-heavy so I do like to keep to myself in my down time, but also like a chat and happy to mix in shared areas.

I work in real estate, with 5/6 days in the office a week, and generally make little to no noise.

My main hobbies/passions are sports, this is usually what I spend my weekends on.
