2 Students Looking for Flat near UCL

Hi!

We’re two friends looking for a place in London from around early-mid September for at 10-month stay at least. We’re ideally looking for somewhere within a reasonable distance of UCL.

Our budget is up to £300 per person per week, and we’re hoping for a comfortable, well-kept flat (nothing too fancy, but clean and in good condition). A washing machine and dishwasher would be a big plus, but not essential.

A bit about us: we’re both friendly, respectful, and tidy. We keep shared spaces clean, stay on top of chores, and are generally easy to live with. We’re sociable and enjoy organizing social outings, but don't worry, we don't party hard.

We’d love to live with people who are similarly considerate, clean, and easygoing.
