Hello my name is Colin and i am 51 yo. I am looking for accommodation in your area and wondered if you could offer me a viewing please, i do not own any animals nor plan to get any in the future. I currently receive high rate disability benefits equating to £1,670 per month (this is UC/PIP/HB). I am happy for my £500 rent to be paid direct to the landlord and any top up to be paid by direct debit. I like to go fishing and i swim roughly 5 x per week. I have 1 months advanced rent plus deposit and can obtain a landlord insurance. The one I don't have is a guarantor ,if I qualify for this property please don't hesitate to contact me, Many thanks
