Professional Pilot seeking part-time room

I am an airline Captain working for TUI Airways (many people remember us as Thomson). My family and I live in Bournemouth, however I will shortly be relocating to Exeter Airport.

I am looking for a room in a quiet house or flat where I can stay in between series of flights. I work on a roster pattern, sometimes working for several days in a row, sometimes just one or two.

Naturally, I want to be home with my family in Bournemouth as much as possible so would only need to be staying in Exeter for a few days at a time, less than half of the month, as dictated by my work roster.

My work does have some unusual hours which could have me leaving early in the morning (about 5 AM or earlier) or arriving late at night (after 1 AM). I would be more than happy to let you know my roster and movements in advance if this would be desired. However, rest assured, having to manage the somewhat strange hours of my job while living at home with my family, I am well used to moving in and out of the house without causing disturbance.

It's also important to me to find accomodation where I will reasonably be able to sleep around my schedule (before early flights/after late flights).

I am a responsible professional with extensive security checks. I would only be using the room for limited periods and strictly as a place of rest in between work however am prepared to pay on a monthly basis.
