Looking for spacious double room

We're a friendly, responsible couple currently looking to rent a double room or a spacious room in a shared house. I work full-time in construction and have been in the industry since 2016, while my partner is currently studying and completing a course to advance her career with diageo.

We also have a lovely 3-year-old house cat

⁃ she's very calm, fully litter trained, and
extremely well-behaved. She's been with us since birth as she was a gift from my late mother, and she means a great deal to us.

We can provide landlord references for each property we've lived in since she joined our family, confirming that we are reliable tenants and that she has never caused any damage.
