New to London looking for a flat in May

Hey everyone, I’m originally from Vancouver, Canada, but will be moving to London on April 24th and will be looking for my first flat!

I’ll be searching for a flat from April 24th and hope to move into a place no later than May 2nd.

I’m looking for a friendly and clean house share primarily in Northwest London to be as close to Zone 1 as possible. I’m looking for a single/double room with an ensuite.

I’d get along best with flatmates who are down to hang out and go out for drinks once in a while, but can also respect each other's alone time. I consider myself very clean and tidy and would be more than happy to do my part to keep our place as clean as possible.

I’m a big runner and love to read after a busy day. Not a big party person, but I do love a late night once in a while.

Would be happy to join an existing flat share or buddy up with someone who wants to start a new one.

I understand that I am new to the UK without a financial history or references to provide, but I do have substantial savings to support myself for the first little bit before I find full employment and would be happy to pay 3-6 months rent in advance if that’s required.
