Scottish lad returning to homeland

Hi there. My name is Denis and I'm a 46yr old (mentally I'm still 25) queer guy looking to rent a room in Edinburgh. I lived in Auld Reekie for seven years and I adore the place.
I have been living and working in Australia for the last nine years and I am moving back to settle down in my beautiful country.
I am a registered mental health nurse and while I'll be planning on continuing this career back in Scotland, I do plan to take around 6 weeks off before leaping back into employment. I am financially stable so there is no issue with me paying rent until I start working.
Ideally, I am looking to share with perhaps one other person rather than a big household. I am a social guy so I would be looking to hang out with my future flatmate, whether that be a film at home or a drink down the local pub; I am not the kind of person who will just sit in their room.
I don't have a stick of furniture yet so I would be looking for a furnished room.
