Seeking Room – Responsible Tenant with Savings

Hi! I’m currently looking for a room in Oxfordshire and hoping to find a friendly, clean, and relaxed household.

I’m 18 and would describe myself as tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I’m good at keeping shared spaces clean and being considerate of others’ routines. I enjoy a calm home environment, but I’m also happy to be sociable and get along with housemates.

I’m currently job hunting, but I have savings in place to comfortably cover rent and living costs. I’m actively applying and interviewing, and I’m happy to provide references or discuss arrangements to give you peace of mind.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, the gym, films, reading, exploring the city, and I’m generally quite low-key day to day.
