Furnished, modern place with a gym (or decent amenities) in/around the town centre. My budget is around £1,000 pcm excluding bills ideally, happy to flex a bit for the right spot.

A bit about me:
I’m pretty easy to live with — tidy, respectful of space, and out the door early for work most days. Outside of that I’m into fitness, cooking, and the occasional padel session. I like good chat but also value downtime. No drama, no mess.

Ideal flatmate:
Working professional, similar age, someone who keeps the place clean and is up for the coffee but doesn’t need to be best mates. Gender-neutral on this — just looking for someone sound.
