25F professional seeking flatshare near Old Street

Hi there!

My name is Caitlin, and I'm a friendly, easygoing 25-year-old Canadian moving to London (arriving April 11th) and starting a new job near Old Street (April 13th). I'm excited to get settled and find a place that feels like home! Ideally, I would move at the start of May (flexible), with a budget of up to £1200 pcm, including bills.

I'm active and social, and love being outdoors, whether that be running, walking, trying new workout classes, or exploring new parts of the city. I'm also a big coffee fan and love checking out cafes, bookstores, and local markets. While I'll be working fairly full-on hours during the week, I really value coming home to a friendly, relaxed environment.

What I'm Looking For:
A bright, comfortable room in a well-kept flat within a reasonable commute to Old Street. Natural light is a big plus! I’d love to live with friendly, sociable people who are up for occasional hangs but also respect downtime.

What It's Like Living With Me:
I’m easygoing, considerate, and keep shared spaces clean and organised (not obsessively spotless, but I definitely keep countertops crumb-free -- shared spaces are for everyone to enjoy!). I’m not a party-heavy person, but I do enjoy the occasional drink or hosting a relaxed dinner.
