Looking for a bit of a change

I've accepted a new job and have just started to look for somewhere a bit nicer and more homely.

I've been in up in clapton for a few years now - ideally wouldn't want to go too far but only need to give 1 months notice, and could probably be a little flexible.

I (occasionally) make music, also coach and train at a boxing gym and am often out and about moving and shaking. Generally clean and tidy and open to seeing whats about.
