Hey! Looking to buddy up for a 2-bed, 2-bath flat (1-bath if the right flat comes up). I'm pretty flexible on the area - preferably Hackney, but more focused on finding a nice flat anywhere. Ideally from mid April but flexible, new build would be great but not a must. A bit more about me - I work in operations for a mindfulness company. I work remotely but not from home, usually out at a cowork all day. I'm extremely tidy and respectful of shared spaces, friendly and sociable but not a party person. Enjoy being active, good food, movies, gigs, the usual. Always down for a pint outside but I do work a lot and gym daily so typically having quiet nights in. I don't have many people over, but looking for someone who's okay with occasional guests - which typically involves cooking dinner and quietly watching a movie. My boyfriend lives abroad and does visit me a few times a year, but he's equally respectful and you wouldn't see him much - still something to keep in mind. I am also very chill about visitors, and as long as it's not a wild house party I'm very friendly and totally fine with my flatmate having people over whenever.
