NHS worker looking for room from June

Hello,
I will be looking for a spare room in Brighton, preferably in the Hanover/Queen's Park/Elm Grove area, from late June onwards.
My current flatshare is coming to an end after four years living together. I am hoping to be in a position to buy late 2026, so in the meantime I am looking for a spare room that can offer some flexibility (ie not a strict 12 month contract), but I expect I'll need at least 4-6 months.
I'm an NHS worker with secure employment. Tidy, reliable and love to cook and take care of people. I like my home to be a quiet and relaxed place, but I'm a very sociable person.
I do a mixture of long day, night and weekend shift so will often be out the house, and need somewhere I can sleep comfortably in the day - no party houses for me.
I will come with a bike, some houseplants and my prized enamel cast iron pans. I have some small bits of furniture but would be able to store those elsewhere if the room is fully furnished.
