I’m currently looking for a high-quality room in West London (Ealing, Acton, Chiswick or nearby), ideally from around 1st May, and I’m also open to buddying up with the right person to find a great place together.

A bit about me – I work in interior design within the rental sector and combine this with my own marketing business, so I have a stable and diversified income. I’ve recently returned to the UK and I’m now looking to settle in London long-term.

I’m very respectful, clean and easy to live with. I keep a calm, quiet routine and really value a peaceful, well-maintained home environment. I don’t smoke and I’m not into parties – I prefer a comfortable, tidy space where everyone feels at ease.

I’ve been living in my own property until recently, so I haven’t rented for a while, but I’m happy to provide references or proof of income if needed. I’m also open to paying a few months upfront for the right place.
