Hey! I'm Harry, 23, originally from Leeds and relocating to Manchester at the end of April to start a new job near Piccadilly. Excited about the move and looking for somewhere to properly call home while I settle into Manchester life!

I will work standard 9-5 Mondays to Fridays so I'm out during the day and pretty chilled in the evenings. I'm tidy, easy-going and genuinely good to live with, no drama, just someone who respects the space and the people in it 😊

I'm very comfortable in mixed living situations, lived with guys and girls throughout uni etc - no awkward dynamics to worry about!

What I'm Looking For 🏠

Ideally a modern, clean room in a good location, anywhere with decent transport links into the city centre/Northern Quarter area works for me. Bills included preferred but not essential.

Open to flat shares or buddy-ups if you're also looking for a place!

Ideal Housemate 🤝

Someone who's professional, keeps things tidy and enjoys a relaxed home environment. I'm up for the occasional pub trip or social but I also totally respect people's need for their own space, happy to find whatever balance works for everyone.
