Looking for a spacious double room

Hi,

I'm looking to move into a house comprising non-students, preferably with bills included. I work as a bartender in Leeds so will be up later into the evening but I like to keep quiet and live in a peaceful environment. I like to keep clean and tidy and will happily pitch in to clean communal areas as I enjoy a well looked after space.

I am looking for a large double room with minimal furnishings (e. g. bed, wardrobe and drawers but no desk or chair) as I already have some furniture. An ensuite is not required but I would prefer to share a bathroom with no more than 2 other people.

I'm a pretty easy going person and I'm flexible with my requirements as long as there's a way to make it work.
