PhD student looking for a flat in September

Hi! I’m a 25-year-old PhD student looking for a room in Edinburgh from September.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing, and I’ve lived in shared flats before so I understand the importance of keeping shared spaces clean and being considerate of others. I’ll be busy with my research during the week, but I also enjoy socialising now and then—whether that’s a chat in the kitchen, a movie night, or exploring the city.

I have a healthy and active lifestyle, go to the gym regularly, and appreciate a calm and comfortable home environment. I don’t smoke and I’m not into heavy partying, but I’m friendly and always happy to get along with flatmates.

Ideally, I’m looking for a well-located flat with good transport links to the university. I’m open to living with students or young professionals.
