Nocturnal professional seeking laidback house shar

Hiya, my name's Dae, I'm F26, and I'm currently looking for accommodation in Leeds- preferably in LS1 or LS10, within 15 minute walking distance of the bus station ideally!

I have a very well-paying corporate job that will see me out of the house all afternoon until midnight on weekdays, and then I'm typically up and around until about 5-6am. I'd be looking for any potential housemates to be cool with this- I am as quiet as a mouse, and am willing to purchase sound proofing out of my own pocket to ensure my own room is kept as quiet as possible!

I'm looking to move-in at the very tail end of June, and remain for around 3-6 months ideally whilst I look for more permanent accommodation. I am clean, quiet, and unobtrusive, keep on top of my own chores whilst mucking in with communal tasks, and am always on time with rent, bills, and other such matters.
