Secondary teacher looking for friendly house

I’m a soon to be working full time as a secondary school teacher looking for flatmates or a room in a shared house somewhere in South Manchester.

I’m a trans, so ideally looking to share with LGBTQ+ people or LGBT friendly!

I enjoy running, climbing, and occasional trips to the pub.

I’d like to live somewhere that is pretty social and friendly. Ideally it would be quiet, especially on weekdays but I’m not opposed to the odd night out!

It would be nice to live with people who are clean and tidy :)
