House share HMO

Hi, has anyone got a room available please ?

I’m currently living in Syston and have given notice on my flat, with my tenancy ending on 30th April. I work full-time in East Goscote and know the local area well.

I’m looking for an HMO within about a 30-minute drive of work. My name is Mark, I’m 54 years old, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I work full-time, so I keep a steady routine and am easy to live with.

I also have a partner who lives in Yorkshire, and I’ll likely spend a few weekends each month there.

I’m looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place and can move in from the end of April.
