Looking for someone to buddy up with me for a flat

I will be moving to Leeds soon for a new job and I am looking for a double room in a friendly, sociable house share with other professionals. Ideally somewhere with good transport links.

I am easy going, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy staying active, cooking, and would be up for occasional chats or meals together, but also appreciate personal space.
