buddy up for apartment renewal - North Acton

Hi :) I’m 26yo working professional who is looking to buddy up for flat (North Acton) that I currently living, as my roommate is moving out. Also open to buddy up for a similar flat in the building complex.

I currently live in a modern 2bed 2bathroom flat (pet friendly) and as my roommate would like to move out, I am looking for a new person to share the flat with.

It’s located 3 minute walk from North Acton station(central line) and 10minute walk to Acton Main Line (Elizabeth line).

There is a concierge, gym, parcel room and coworking space available in the building complex.

The total cost (rent+bills) is about 1550£ per month per person (depending on heating/water usage).
