Single professional (M,33) looking for double room

Hello! I am a single professional (M,33) who just moved from the US and is looking for a single or double room (preferably double). I am also looking for a flat with a shared living room and a kitchen big enough to cook comfortably.

As for who I would like to live with, I’m looking for flatmates who live relatively cleanly and who don’t stay up terribly late (asleep at 1 am at the latest). They must also be willing to put up with my cooking! I love to cook and share what I cook as well. Unfortunately, I am allergic to care, so I’m not looking for people who have a cat, but a dog is totally ok. I also like to be sociable, so I’d prefer relatively sociable flatmates, but I also greatly appreciate alone time when needed.

As for what to expect when living with me, I love to cook and eat all sorts of food so there will be a lot of that when I’m around the flat. I go to sleep at around 11 or 12 pm and wake up at around 8 or 9 am. I work in the tech industry and plan to work some days from home and go into the office for the rest of the days of the week. I like to keep a clean flat so I am extremely willing to rotate cleaning duties with my flatmates.
