Hello! I’m looking to move into a room that basically surrounds Victoria Park! I’m a local Personal Trainer and need somewhere closer to my gym. I also run a Theatre Company! Am generally out the house a lot due to my work taking me all over the place, but sometimes work from home as and when needed. Self Employed and have been for 5 years. Can’t provide a guarantor but have been renting without one for 5 years and have tax returns galore at my disposal.
