Placement Student looking for a room for one year

Hello!

I'm David and will be on a full-time, in-person Industrial Placement in Canary Wharf for one year, starting from Mid-June. I'm looking for a furnished room to rent for at least one year (potentially up to 15 months, depending on how it all plays out).

I’m tidy, organised and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m used to living with others at university, so I’m easygoing and communicative. I'm quite flexible with the household arrangement in terms of how social people like to be.

My only firm requirement would be that my room would need to have a desk.

My budget is up to £1300 (inclusive of bills) per month for the perfect property. Whilst I'm working, I am still a "student" in terms of council tax exemptions, so this could be beneficial for the household.
