American expat relocating to London 1 June
I am a professional female aged 32 and currently located in NYC and relocating to London 1 June. I am looking to rent a double room in a flat or house for 6 months.
I would like to sign a tenancy agreement ASAP, so I am prepared to start a lease even from mid-May.
I have a budget of £900-1,300pcm, I will be paying the full 6-month term upfront via bank transfer from a UK account. I can also provide my visa share code for proof of my eligibility to live in the UK.
