Couple looking for room to rent

Hey, me and my girlfriend (Bailey and Lorra, 18 and 19) are looking for a furnished double room within roughly 30 minutes of Heriot watt University in edinburgh by public transport (Can be flexible!) We are looking at places from Armadale to Waverly mainly, but can also be flexible around this, we are looking to move in mid august.

We have a budget of £900/mo incl bills, we do not require a parking space/garage, we would prefer a room with atleast a double bed and some clothing storage, our income is student loans and bursaries, and we work for my dads company every summer, so have income throughout the year.

I study at Heriot Watt and Lorra studies in cumbernauld, we are both responsible and financially stable. We dont drink or smoke, were not big party people and would prefer a share without partying so we can focus on studies, we like a relaxed, easygoing environment, we are mindful of shared spaces and easy to live with. We are happy to do household chores and tidying and happy to follow house rules. We are happy to live with pets we both love animals and have no allergies, and would prefer no smoking indoors.

We are ideally looking for somewhere for the next 2-3 years until we finish our studies, but were flexible! If you think we would be a good fit, we would love to hear from you!
