Hello 👋 we're an Asian Australian couple from Melbourne who are moving over to London on a Youth Mobility Visa.

We are looking for a longer term lease (3 months to a year) from 25th May.
We have a short term lease now which will allow us to explore different areas of London first before locking in a longer term place.


Ideal areas: Central areas, zone 1 or 2. Some areas we've identified so far that seem a nice fit include Angel, Highbury & Islington, Balham, Camden Town. PT access within 15 (ideally 10) mins walk is a must, with time into central within 30 minutes max (ideally within 20).

Budget under £1800 pcm for us 2 combined (max. £2000 if very central and spacious) for a furnished place, including bills.

About us:
- Non-smokers, clean/tidy, no shoes in house types.
- Healthy, active lifestyle back home...maybe less here (gym/calisthenics/sports)
- My partner works in a banking risk role back home, which he will continue here until end of May. He will then be searching for something similar, so expects some hybrid WFH/office arrangement.
- I will potentially be WFH some/all days depending on what job I find.
- We will be looking to travel quite a bit while we're here (main reason for moving!)
