Looking for a place to stay near Central London

Hi ya! I am looking for a bright and comfortable double room, moving in from mid or end of May. Open to locations around:
- West/North West such as St John's Wood, Maida Vale, Marylebone, Notting Hill, Paddington, Kensington
- East/North East such as Old Street, Hackney, Old Spitafields, Shoreditch, Stratford
- North such as Angel, Islington,
- South such as Elephant & Castle, Canada Water, London Bridge, Southwark etc

Budget - £1,300 per month, including bills. With good storage space and a desk for WFH.

A bit about me:
I moved to London end of last year from Australia, have a full time job in Marketing and work 2 to 3 days in the office. I am very tidy and clean, social, love a good chat and will respect other's personal space. I am way past my party era, I prefer balance of exercising, catching up with friends, the occasional nice dinner with a glass wine, and lots of travelling!

I am looking for a place to stay for the long term and would prefer to share with only 1 or 2 other people, not fussed about girl or guy as long as you are clean and also enjoy a calm, peaceful home.
