Looking for a flatmate

Hello, my name is Sam and I am currently looking for a flatmate for around August. Ideally would like to stick to a budget of around £850 including bills, although I am flexible.

I work in a law firm in the city centre, starting my training contract in September, so I am looking for somewhere within walking distance.

I consider myself a very social person who is easy to get along with. I am into pretty much any sport, particularly rugby and football. Despite being poor at both, I am always keen to watch anything live. I also enjoy attending gigs and travelling around throughout the year.
