22F Looking for room + creative flatmates! 🌷✨

Hello! 🌱

I'm Enn (she/her) and I'm moving to London (finally found a job, yay!) Ideally looking for a room with a double bed and desk, able to have my partner over on some weekends, and a nice kitchen! Would be wonderful if we become friends instead of living as strangers.

I'm happy to buddy up, and my budget is 700-850 p/m including bills.

I work full time from 9am-6pm, and am likely to leave London during the weekends. (unless you'd like the company!)

I do like socialising and hanging out, but also want to have my own time (I've got lots of projects outside work) and some much needed netflixing 🥹 Outside work I'm developing a party board game!

I'm a very outgoing person, and I mix well with all kinds of people, and I would love to meet more creative people and those who care about people + planet!
I'm neurodivergence, queer and also disability informed.

I work in the architecture/built environment industry, focusing on material reuse and circular design; basically looking at how buildings can be taken apart and their materials reused in more sustainable ways! 🌍

I am an avid hobby collector:
- I do arts & crafts, illustration, comics, paintings, diy
- I write songs, play the guitar and piano, and so you might hear some humming (piano and guitar have headphones, so no worries about noise- unless you fancy the noise haha)
- I sew/upcycle stuff into costumes, props, fashion or plushies
- I love makeup and being colourful <3
- know/learning a bunch of languages- Mandarin, Russian, Cantonese, Malay etc.
- DnD and Board Games are awesome!
- I really wanna start dancing :)

🌱 I'm vegan/plant-based, and LOVE cooking and baking. I don't mind living with those who aren't 🫶

BIG animal lover but am sadly allergic to cats (won't work in small spaces, but big, ventilated/open plan houses are fine)

I do not smoke, and would strongly prefer if no smoking/vaping/incense is done indoors. I also don't drink or love partying, but having big groups over or going out doing activities would be fun occasionally!

👇 Potential downsides to living with me:
- Allergic to cats!
- Probably need more fridge/freezer space (meal prep)
- I can sometimes forget to do things (bad memory lol) so just remind me if I need to clean up something or take out the trash etc.
- I want to have my partner (male) over on the weekends sometimes

All can be worked around except for cats :(
