My name is Adrian, and I am looking for a long-term rental starting from June and have a budget of £1,100pcm.

A little about myself: I currently work in Audit, and I typically go into the office 3 days per week. In my free time, I enjoy staying active — I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and have recently started learning tennis.

I have been renting and sharing accommodation for the past 2 years, so I am very used to living with others. I’m considerate, tidy, and confident in keeping shared areas, including the kitchen and bathroom, clean and organised.
