We are a quiet, non-smoking professional couple looking for a short-term base (1–3 months) starting April 30th. We are moving to the area to potentially purchase a property and need a place to stay while we view homes and finalize the legal process.
We are very tidy, respectful, and value a quiet home environment. As we are moving with just our personal belongings, we are very easy-going tenants. We are more than happy to pay rent and deposit upfront for peace of mind.
