Postgraduate Student Looking Room near University

Hello,

I am a postgraduate student joining the University of Leicester for MSc Mental Health Nursing and I am looking for accommodation from 8th May.

I am looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful place near the university or within easy commuting distance. Ideally, I would prefer a furnished room with bills included.

I am a responsible, tidy and non-smoking individual. I respect shared spaces and enjoy a quiet and friendly living environment.

My budget is around £250–£500 pcm, but I am flexible depending on the property and location.

I am also open to shared accommodation with other students or professionals.
