Looking for a room ! Or buddy up!

I work full time in a kitchen. I keep my surroundings tidy and usually spend my free time either being with my partner, going to the gym or making some form of art. I am not really a drinker nor do I like going out that much, rather save for a big event every blue moon. In regards to looking for a place or a buddy up as long as the place is relatively clean and no one is being obnoxiousy loud at night im pretty easy going :)
