Friendly guy

Hi! I’m looking for a clean, comfortable place to live in a safe and well-connected area, ideally with good transport links and nearby shops. A furnished room would be a bonus, and I’d prefer a home that’s relaxed and tidy rather than loud or party-focused. Don't get me wrong, I do like parties but not every single weekend.
I’d like to live with friendly, respectful, and considerate people who are easy to get along with. It would be great to have a balance between socialising (like chatting or sharing a meal now and then) and respecting each other’s personal space and routines.
As a flatmate, I’m tidy, organised, and reliable. I keep shared spaces clean, pay rent and bills on time, and I’m mindful of noise and others’ schedules. I’m easygoing and approachable, and I like to contribute to a calm, positive atmosphere in the home.
Overall, I’m looking for a place that feels like a home, with good communication and mutual respect between everyone living there.
